Everything starts here. Each user has their own UserName and Password. Each UserName is associated with a company name, and is assigned to one of several classes of users. Customers will only be able to see their own company's shipments. Your employees will be able to see records for all customers. And there are special user classes for companies with multiple divisions and specialized classes for users like safety inspectors who may need to see selected records and documents but have no need to see things like open loads.

The standard distribution includes four standard classes which should be adequate for most companies. Additional classes may be added as needed.

After a successful login, the user may change their UserName and/or Password by going to the UserTools section.
