DataLive Customization Policies for Users:

We will be happy to customize the DataLive software for your company. This document describes our normal customization policies. Any additional changes that you may require can be negotiated.

1. The web pages created by DataLive consist of four major sections. (See the diagram below.) The first section, the Header, will always be customized with your company name and logo. If you have any special type styles and/or artwork, we can include it. If not, our art department can design a logo and choose type styles and colors that will give your site an attractive, professional appearance.

2. The Navigation area includes the navigation buttons on the left side of the web pages generated by DataLive, and the associated graphics. We will change the graphics in this area if you wish. We can also change the button colors and style. The Navigation area could be placed anywhere on the page, across the top, down either side, etc.

3. The Footer is the section at the bottom of each page, where we usually add your company name, address and phone number. We can include additional information if desired. Whatever text we receive from you we will include. The copyright information in the last line must be included however.

4. The Data Area in the center and right side of the web pages contains all of the content. We can customize this area to meet your specifications. An example might be adding (or deleting) some fields on the details page. We can include any data fields that are in your database. And, we can change the text label of any field. Changes beyond adding, deleting and renaming fields should be negotiated.
